情人節又到了❣️大家少不免會吃朱古力。想吃之餘,又關注健康或體重🐥,應怎樣選擇呢🤔?

朱古力是可可豆的製成品,可可豆經加工後會被分解成可可固體及可可脂,當中只有可可固體具抗氧化成分,包括類黃酮,研究指有助保持心血管健康♥️💪🏿。市面上各類朱古力中,黑朱古力的可可固體含量最高,所以含抗氧化物亦最多🔝。牛奶朱古力雖然亦含可可固體,但分量就比黑朱古力少得多🍼🍫。白朱古力的主要成分包括可可脂、糖及奶粉,並不含可可固體或可可粉,因此也沒有類黃酮的抗氧化功能🙅🏻‍♀️。

可可豆的來源、類別和處理過程會令抗氧化物流失,因此我們買到的朱古力中的類黃酮含量一般比研究中使用的少👩🏻‍🔬。另外,黑朱古力的糖分雖然比牛奶朱古力少,但脂肪含量隨著可可含量上升。所以兩者所含的熱量相近, 每100克均高達500-600千卡。在眾多朱古力食品中,最好是直接進食可可豆、可可仁或使用可可粉👍🏾。其次是選購70% 或以上濃度的黑朱古力🖤,留意成分是否有可可固體,別選擇添加牛油、棕櫚油或太多糖的朱古力,以免損害心臟健康😵。由於朱古力的熱量、脂肪和糖分高,必須留意份量,少食多滋味😋。

Tbh I think training for a full marathon in 6 week’s time without previous experience was less tough than my dietetic course🙈😂! I made it in 4 hours 32 mins, which was completely unexpected. Shocked to see what you can achieve when you push your limits🔥! Better continue working on my mental strength in addition to pushing myself to becoming an Ironman soon💪🏽!
